Covenant Animal Clinic has been serving Clinton, Illinois and DeWitt County for nearly 40 years. Dr Sue Sterr and her husband took over the practice in 1999 and continue to provide excellent veterinary care for pets and their owners.

Dr. Sue and the staff of Covenant Animal Clinic offers caring, compassionate care for your pets. Many services are offered including, laser surgery, x-ray services, laboratory testing, boarding; as well as annual wellness exams and vaccinations.

We also offer dental care, micro-chipping, heartworm prevention, flea control medication and prescription diet foods for your pet!

Dr. Sue Sterr

Dr. Sterr received her undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University and is a 1995 graduate from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from Graymont, Illinois, she spent the first five years of her veterinarian career working in Normal, Illinois. Dr. Sue and her husband bought Covenant Animal Clinic in 1999 and moved to Clinton at that time. Working with God’s creatures and their owners has been very rewarding for Dr. Sue. However, as a wife and a mother of three children, her family life keeps her equally busy.
